  Doc. dr. sc. Boris Jerman is the General Secretary of the Maritime Law Association of Slovenia, and Assistant Professor at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transportation. He studied law at the University of Ljubljana, where he earned both his MA and Ph.D. degrees in transportation Law. He is employed at the Legal Department of the Port of Koper and is actively involved in the academic sector.
