Zlatan Fröhlich, Ph.D., started his career at Institute of Economics, Zagreb, where he is today senior research fellow in permanent position. His professional interests are regional and urban economy, transportation infrastructure and public services and housing (finance issues). He published numerous articles and papers in books, local and international journals as well as in proceedings from international conferences and congresses. In his career, besides other, he was the Member of Zagreb City Executive Council, Adviser to Vice Prime Minister, Dean of International Graduate Business School Zagreb (MBA programme in partnership with Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, USA), official negotiator for Croatia in EU accession process (responsible for Chapters 18. Statistics and 22. Regional policy and coordination of structural instruments) and President of the Zagreb Chamber of Economy.
