Note – 5 +1 free: if you pay registration fee for the five participants, you will be free of charges for 6th participant. For the realization of this bonus opportunity, you need to enter a note (“5+1 free”) on the payment confirmation.
Registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, Conference Book of Proceedings, meals and drinks provided within the conference programme.
Early bird registration deadline is 1st August 2015. Please note that in order for the registration to be complete, your payment should also be received by that date.

Listed fees in EUR are calculated on the basis of the medium exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank as of September, 17, 2014, 1 € = 7,6 HRK).
Stipends
NOTICE: All available stipends have been issued.
The organisers, with the support of sponsors, shall provide for a certain number of stipends for:
- judges working in the courts of the Republic Croatia
- people employed in the public sector responsible for transport-related subjects coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Monte Negro, Kosovo and Albania.
Stipends will cover the expenses of the conference registration fee.
The interested parties are invited to submit their curriculum vitae (preferably in the Europass format) and a motivation letter (max 1000 characters) to conference@intranslaw.hdtp.eu/arhiva/zagreb-2015 with reference „For the stipend“. Preference will be given to candidates with a submitted and accepted professional presentation/academic paper. Applicants will be notified of the results by email.

Payment of the registration fee, as listed, must be made by bank transfer according to the payment instructions below. VAT does not apply. Bank transfer payments can be made in HRK (entities in Croatia) or in EUR (entities outside Croatia). All bank transfer charges (including foreign charges), must be borne by the participant. Please instruct your bank to process the remittance “free of all charges for the beneficiary”.
