Dr. sc. Mišo Mudrić is a senior assistant at the Department for Maritime and Transport Law, Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. He teaches courses entitled Maritime and Transport law and Insurance Law. Since 2007 he has worked as assistant on the scientific project “Croatian transport law and the challenges of the EU single market.” Since 2013 he has been an associate on the international scientific project “MARSAFENET”, where he also acts as a member of the Executive Board. He is an arbitrator at the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy. In addition, he is a member, General Secretary and Management Board member of the Croatian Association for Insurance Law. He obtained his Ph. D. degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Hamburg. He conducted his doctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for International and Comparative Law in Hamburg, Germany.
